St Francis Xavier Catholic School was founded in 1995. It was built on the site of St Mary’s Primary School which was originally founded by the sisters of St Joseph in 1952.
St Francis Xavier Catholic School is the only Catholic primary school in the Whangarei region. It is located just ten minutes north of the central business district. We aim to provide a Catholic education in a supportive environment that values the individual and encourages our children to reach their full potential.
