Join Sam Voolstra (Somatic Experiencing & Yoga Practitioner) & Nyesha Ellis (Sound Healing Practitioner) for this course consisting of two nourishing sessions of mindfulness meditation and sound healing — an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, soothe the nervous system and gently release what no longer serves you. Together we’ll create space to slow down, attune to the present moment, and restore inner balance.
Sam works in private practice in Lismore and online and facilitates weekly yoga classes and regular courses and workshops.
Nyesha is a registered Psychologist and qualified Sound Healing Practitioner. In this offering, Nyesha brings her skills in sound healing to create a nurturing and restorative space. She is inspired to support others on their journey of wellbeing and self-discovery through the nurturing and transformative practice of sound healing.
Guided by two facilitators — we weave together embodied practices with the therapeutic vibrations of sound. Through gentle somatic awareness and the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, crystal bowls and chimes, you’ll be supported in deepening your meditation, cultivating relaxation, and inviting emotional harmony.
Please note:
Sound healing is not suitable for individuals who:
Experience sound-induced epilepsy
Have a history of severe depression, psychosis, or other significant mental health challenges
Are in the first trimester of pregnancy (up to 12 weeks)
