Samantha has been in the Wellness world for 25 years. She is an expert Pilates instructor, training and teaching both here and internationally.
Her passion is uplifting and empowering human beings to recognize their full potential and bringing us as a collective from separation to oneness.

A nurturing goddess, with a beautiful dark and light feminine essence, She has a deep love and appreciation for the Mind, Body, Heart, Soul, and our Mother Earth, and this comes through strongly in her classes and sessions, as she weaves them together to assist you in connecting to each and every part of yourself. Samantha believes that Movement, Sound and Breath are the pillars to our connection, freedom, healing, and wholeness.
