Sammy Mahler is a qualified Youth Therapist, Case Manager, and Program Facilitator with a passion for empowering young people to thrive. Drawing on her background in youth work, mental health, and therapeutic practice, Sammy creates safe, supportive spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and understood. Sammy is the founder and facilitator of the Glow Girls and Mean Girls programs, which help girls navigate friendship challenges, social media pressures, anxiety, self-esteem, and emotional resilience.
