The passion that inspires her work is connection. Connection to the healing power of nature through food as medicine, herbal medicine and grounding practices. Connection to the innate healing power of the body through Bodywork and Conscious Dance. Connection to communitycoming together for dance retreats, full moon events and women's work. And most importantly, providing an opportunity for connection to oneself through self-love and creative expression.
