I have been facilitating embodiment practice since 2008, when I trained with Gabrielle Roth and graduated from the 5Rhythms teacher training at the Moving Centre School in New York. In 2012 I became a founding member of Open Floor International, and have been teaching Open Floor extensively since then. I am also trained in Libido Fundamentals, an embodied sexuality programme developed by Andrea Juhan.
Alongside teaching, I have served on the Open Floor Teacher Training Faculty and currently supervise Open Floor teachers internationally.
I am also a trainee psychotherapist registered with the UKCP. I have worked as a therapist in a hospice setting and currently practice at the Gestalt Centre in London. I am in the final stages of completing my MA in Gestalt Psychotherapy and working toward full UKCP accreditation.
I offer Saturday Night Sweat once a month and a weekly Open Floor class every Friday morning, both in Forest Row, East Sussex.
