The Sarah Ford Foundation was established to be a charity whose purpose is to alleviate the negative impact of mental health symptoms and to assist in the prevention of the further deterioration of mental health; by providing exercise services to women who have experienced domestic violence, poverty and homelessness.

We believe that exercise is medicine for mental health, working alongside other service providers and treatment methods to make a positive difference in the lives of women in Western Australia.

The Sarah Ford Foundation is a registered charity with the Australian Not-for-profit and Charities Commission (ACNC) and are a member of the Western Australian Association for Mental Health.
