Sarah McCalden is a Financial Wellness Mentor and Personal Development Expert who helps women transform their relationship with money and build a future they feel proud of.
But her journey didn’t start with spreadsheets and success. In her 20s, Sarah was caught in the grip of addiction — a time when her days revolved around finding her next £10 note, not financial freedom. Recovery became her turning point. She got clean in 2008, and went on to run marathons, rebuild her life, and reconnect with her purpose.
That journey led her into deep personal growth work. She became a student of mindset, money, and transformation — eventually training with Jack Canfield, Kendall SummerHawk, and Bob Proctor. In 2018, she 10x’d her income and created a business that has since evolved into a mission: to help other women experience their own breakthroughs with money, self-worth, and what they believe is possible.
Sarah also has a long-standing connection to Australia — ever since falling in love with Neighbours as an 8-year-old (and occasionally faking illness to watch it during the day!). She spent 7 years living in New Zealand, visiting Melbourne and Sydney often, but it was her 2018 and 2019 travels up and down the Australian coast that deepened the bond. During that time, she connected with many incredible women who were creating meaningful change in their lives — women driven by growth, vision, and possibility.
It was through this journey that Sarah first met Debbie Roach in 2018 — a connection that would grow into a shared vision for bringing this powerful work to women across Australia.
Now, with the Pathway to Freedom Workshop Series, Sarah returns to Australia to create an experience for women who are taking up space, leading their financial lives with intention, and expanding what they know is possible — for themselves and their future.
Her teaching blends grounded financial education with mindset and identity work that creates lasting change — delivered with honesty, warmth, and a deep understanding of what it means to rebuild from the inside out.
Sarah is the creator of the Pathway to Freedom Series and is passionate about helping women across the world experience more clarity, more confidence, and true financial wellbeing — on their own terms.
