I am the founder of Sound Ways Home and creator and educator of The Work of Truth — practical frameworks and spaces that support mothers and female carers to develop intuitive awareness, return to presence, recognise conditioned patterns, and reconnect with the deeper truth that exists beneath stress, overwhelm, emotional reactivity, and inherited ways of living.
A mother of two daughters, my own journey through motherhood became the catalyst for profound personal transformation.
Like many mothers, I reached a point where I could no longer ignore the quiet knowing that something needed to change.
What began as a search for answers became a journey of questioning inherited beliefs, emotional conditioning, ancestral patterns, and the unconscious behaviours shaping everyday life.
Through this process, I discovered that lasting change does not begin by changing everyone around me.
It begin by becoming willing to see myself more clearly.
From this lived experience, Sound Ways Home, The Work of Truth, The Empowered Mother Weekends, Empowered Sound Transmissions and S.T.A.R. - Statements of Truth Adjustments to Reality - Embodiment pathways was created.
Today, I support mothers and female carers to move beyond survival-structured patterns and reconnect with greater self-trust, emotional clarity, intuitive awareness, and heart-mind-body, spirit led coherence.
While I have undertaken extensive study in consciousness, trauma awareness, sound-based practices, intuitive development, and somatic approaches my deepest learning has come through motherhood itself.
Motherhood is more than a role I play.
It is a consciousness that shapes generations.
The heart of a mother does not only beat for herself.
It beats for her children, her children's children, and the future being created through her every day.

I am a mother of two daughters and a passionate advocate for conscious parenting, personal growth, and emotional wellbeing.
In 2022, a significant life event became the catalyst for a profound journey of self-development, healing, and transformation. It amplified unresolved childhood experiences and emotional patterns that had been shaping my life beneath the surface for many years, creating an invitation for deep and lasting change.
Through deep inner work and the study of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, emotional change techniques, and hypnosis, I began creating lasting shifts in the way I think, feel, and respond to life’s challenges. What started as a personal healing journey evolved into a commitment to breaking generational patterns and creating a more intentional future for myself and my family.
Today, I am passionate about sharing the insights, tools, and strategies that have empowered me to build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and trust in myself as a mother. My intention is to support other women in reconnecting with their own inner resources, embracing their personal power, and creating deeper connections with themselves and their children.
