South East Community Links (SECL) is a community organization in south-eastern Melbourne. We offer help to everyone in the community, including people experiencing financial hardship, housing insecurity, newly arrived refugees and migrants, and young people - through programs for emergency relief, financial counselling and capacity building, settlement, youth and more.
