Tarantella Workshop with Sabatum Quartet & Ciccio Nucera
Discover the magic of Southern Italy’s most iconic folk tradition at this unique Tarantella Workshop, led by the world-renowned Sabatum Quartet and the legendary Ciccio Nucera – the King of Tarantella.
This immersive experience covers everything from the basic to advanced dance steps and rhythms of the tarantella, enriched with stories and history that bring the tradition to life. Participants will also enjoy hands-on tambourine lessons, learning how this vibrant instrument drives the music and energy of the dance.
No experience required – the workshop is open to all ages and abilities. Whether you’re taking your first steps or refining your skills, you’ll be guided by masters of the tradition.
