Shara Mularski is a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and facilitator with more than 20 years' experience leading groups and holding space for others. She brings warmth, presence and deep empathy and compassion to her work, creating environments where people feel safe, seen and supported.
Alongside her formal training, Shara has spent many years immersed in meditation, contemplative practice and spiritual studies. Her work has been enriched by training in somatic healing, energetic healing, qigong, astrology, vibrational and sound healing, and other integrative approaches that honour the connection between body, mind and spirit. She has a deep reverence for the feminine and for the unique journey each person walks.
Through Soul Light Healing, Shara offers a holistic, integrative approach to one-to-one sessions, drawing on psychotherapy alongside somatic, energetic and sound-based practices. Her work is intuitive yet grounded, supporting people to reconnect with themselves and move towards greater healing, wholeness and wellbeing.
Shara also feels deeply called to end-of-life care. As a member of the Melbourne Threshold Choir, she sings at the bedside of people who are dying, offering gentle presence, comfort and compassion. It is work she considers a profound privilege and one of the greatest honours of her life.
