As Director of Engels Floyd, she brings specialist expertise in quality improvement, NDIS support, and compliance (plus a whole lot more—but there’s just not enough space to list them all here!). Passionate about advocacy, she leads a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to supporting NDIS providers and the broader human services sector.
Before founding Engels Floyd, she was a senior manager in the Commonwealth Government, where she played a key role in developing Australia’s first certification system for disability services—now a national standard. She even picked up an Australia Day award for excellence in audit processes along the way, and supported people with disability to achieve their leadership goals in the national Leaders for Tomorrow program.
