Many of us have intensely difficult and stressful things going on in our lives that we are trying to navigate just to keep our heads above water. 

After working in mental health for 10 years Sharon could see that traditional therapies for stress, grief, anxiety, depression, ptsd and trauma just weren't working for the majority of people. 

It was by chance after a friend suggested that she attend a breathwork session, that she was hooked. This is a practice that has been around for thousands of years and the benefits are endless. I create a safe space in small groups for each person to release what is no longer serving them. I love helping others heal their traumas and self sabotage, gain clarity and make positive changes in their life so they can live happier and healthier.
