Sheldon Dorman is the Chief of the Statewide Projects Bureau at the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer (OSE). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Eastern New Mexico University.
Sheldon has worked for the OSE for 30 years from 1991 to present. From 1998 to 2001, he also worked with Parsons Engineering on the Lower Rio Grande hydrographic survey in Las Cruces.
With decades of experience, Sheldon brings extensive knowledge of water rights administration in New Mexico, gained through both fieldwork and office-based roles.
