Important Info
Tickets for our series sessions are non-transferable after the first session.
Admin and booking fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy
We completely understand that plans can change. Life happens – and we want to be as fair and flexible as possible.
Regular session tickets:
You can request a refund up to 14 days before the scheduled session.
If you need to cancel closer to the date, we’ll do our best to offer a refund if we’re able to fill your spot from our waiting list.
Have a colleague or friend who could take your place? Let us know – we’re happy to help with ticket transfers where possible.
Series tickets:
Once the first session has taken place, series bookings are non-refundable.
Please note that tickets can’t usually be transferred to other sessions unless this has been arranged with us in advance.
Booking, admin, and ticketing platform fees are unfortunately non-refundable.
