Siobhan and Fiona Wilson - Our Pixie Friends

Hi there! We're Fiona and Siobhan.

Growing up, Siobhan experienced the challenges of feeling isolated and excluded due to her medical needs. Questions like "What's wrong with me?" and "Why am I not 'normal'?" echoed in her mind. Fiona, her mum, was a constant source of reassurance, reminding her that there were thousands of other children facing similar circumstances. However, it wasn't until Siobhan connected with peers who shared similar challenges that she truly believed she wasn't alone. At the age of 6, she decided to make a difference, founding Our Pixie Friends to ensure others going through similar experiences felt included, loved, and understood.

Fast forward to today, at the age of 14, Siobhan is expanding her mission with the launch of Sprizzletastic Pixie Friends and other fun events. Her goal is to provide a platform for kiddos like yours to connect with others who truly understand – individuals who comprehend the complexities of medical needs, special needs, trauma, or anxiety.

Rest assured, your children are in capable hands. Fiona has over 30 years of experience as an early years educator with extra qualifications in special education and gifted education. Siobhan has successfully completed ALLKND's Mental Health First Aid Training.
