Slow Food Glasgow was founded in 2016 as a network of people with different backgrounds and ages but all with a shared interest in finding a common path towards a more sustainable food future by learning, debating, campaigning, farming, cooking and eating.
Our approach is to think global, act local—knowing that positive actions made within local communities contribute to collective change on a global level reminds us that we're part of something bigger.
We’re also committed to creating constructive dialogue with national and international communities and with other change-making organisations.
