Her unique approach blends her vast experience in Global Enterprises, Professional Services, and Startups with a passion for Digital Marketing and AI. Small Mktg is at the forefront of AI in marketing, pushing boundaries and thinking up new and innovative ways to introduce AI technology.

Beyond her diverse career, Leola has made waves as an entrepreneur and mentor to high school students since 2018. She extends her mentorship through educational workshops and webinars, focusing on the utilisation of AI in marketing activities. Her drive has also earned her accolades, such as winning the DXC SpringBoard Insurtech Competition.

In 2023, Small Mktg supported the digital marketing strategy for the Barack Obama Tour in Sydney and Melbourne, a career highlight that included the honour of meeting the former president personally.
