Hi, I’m Bec! I’m a Social Worker, facilitator, and creative with 19 years of experience in aged care, homelessness, and mental health. As an AuDHD lass recovering from burnout, I’ve learned that while advocacy for accessible, neuroaffirming spaces is essential, so too is the work of recognizing and honoring our own needs. In a world that often measures worth by productivity, it can be radical to do less, accept support, and make space for ourselves without guilt. My passion is creating environments where people—neurodivergent or not—can work with their brains, not against them. Whether through body doubling, structured accountability, or creative exploration, my sessions are here to help you move forward with kindness and ease. Let’s turn intentions into action—together!
