Hi, I’m Bec (she/her), an AuDHD social worker, facilitator, and lived experience practitioner offering gentle, neuroaffirming group sessions — primarily designed for neurodivergent adults, but warmly open to all who seek a low-pressure, compassionate space.
These sessions support folks navigating ADHD, autism, PDA, burnout, and the overwhelm of everyday life.
With two decades of social work experience, I create spaces where you can connect with others, feel met without judgment, and receive support with executive functioning and everyday tasks.
I’ve learned that while advocacy for accessible spaces is essential, so too is the work of recognising and honouring our own needs. In a world that often measures worth by productivity, it can be radical to do less, accept support, and make space for ourselves without guilt.
My passion is creating environments where people — neurodivergent or not — can work with their brains, not against them. These sessions welcome people with chronic illness, disability, mental health challenges, parenting complexities, perimenopause, and those from gender-, body-, and culturally-diverse communities.
