Sonia is passionate about supporting young mothers during the most challenging yet rewarding years of raising small children, and firmly believes that Motherhood is a vitally important role that should be championed and supported.
A mum to three adult daughters and now a Nana, Sonia has a wealth of experience from her own journey and from helping others.
A Pastor and a qualified counsellor and life coach, Sonia also brings expertise in helping people navigate the challenges of life. She has a particular passion for mental health and holistic well-being and for teaching scripture in practical and relevant way that equips people to live life abundantly.
