The Sonic Interior is a Deep Listening Journey co-facilitated by facilitators and multi-instrumentalists Alison Paisley and Dina Symington, anchored with therapeutic harp and ceremonial vocals. Together with subtle ambient drones, flutes, shruti box, harmonium, singing bowls, and chimes, the session builds a textured, multi-layered acoustic field specifically designed for somatic absorption and deep, restful stillness.
