Sophie has been drawn to the path of expansion from an early age.
Curiosity has pulled her to explore silence through pilgrimages, vision quests and nature connection throughout her life.
After having her son 6 yrs ago she began to begin daily meditation to help her navigate trauma and stress relief.
Personally receiving a range of benefits from physical health, improved emotional regulation, peace of mind and a more balance nervous system she became dedicated to a path of silencing the mind.
She is currently training in Active Consciousness Meditation from Punnu Wasu and the Oneness University and recently completed 100 hours in MTT.
She is humbled and excited to share this modality with the community.
