Soul Wisdom Sound Healing is a co-creation between Amanda Vastag and Michelle Jones.

With over 20 years experience, Amanda and Michelle facilitate groups to explore self empowerment through the experiential process of breath, meditation and sound.

A safe space is created for participants to connect and deeply listen to their inner wisdom, to come into alignment with their soul path.

Amanda Vastag is a Shamanic Sound Practitioner guiding groups and individuals to remember their souls truth and calling. Her wisdom honours creative process and encourages connection and deep listening skills through the natural world and organic sounds.
Her teachings support self trust, intuitive transformation and heart centred practice.
Utilising the voice and sacred instruments, Amanda weaves healing soundscapes holding space for others to rest, rejuvenate and unwind from mental, emotional and physical stress. She guides individuals to find their inner and outer voice, empowering them to express themselves confidently from a place of integrity and calm.
Passionate about wholistic health and healing Amanda enjoys simple living, love for Mother Earth and community connections that support sharing and collaboration.

Michelle Jones has spent over 25 years studying and practicing a wide range of meditation, natural health and healing modalities.
In her meditation circles, Michelle uses her voice and her energy to cultivate a safe, sacred space. With focused intention, she supports her circle in achieving deep relaxation, connecting with their heart and divine self, and exploring their inner wisdom with curiosity and awareness.
As a Mindset and Wellness Coach, Michelle loves to support and empower others to live a more connected and mindful life, to fully step into their brilliance and share their gifts with authenticity and courage.
Michelle is passionate about healing from our past, finding the joy and gratitude in every day, connection to our beautiful Mother Earth and forever learning and growing.
