Soulful Expressions is a place to create, connect and come home to you.
I create welcoming, judgement-free experiences where creativity is less about making something “good” and more about curiosity, play, exploration and discovering what happens when we give ourselves permission to do things our own way.
You don’t need to consider yourself creative. You don’t need to know what you’re doing. And you certainly don’t need to fit into a particular box.
My workshops weave creative exploration together with experiences that help us arrive, settle and reconnect — perhaps sound, breath, movement, music and other sensory elements — with plenty of room to participate in whatever way works for you.
Everything is an invitation.
Take what resonates. Leave the rest. Interpret the suggestions in your own way.
Soulful Expressions welcomes people who may not always feel there’s an obvious space for them elsewhere. Different ways of thinking, communicating, creating and participating are welcome here.
I’m not an art teacher, therapist, education assistant or special education teacher, and Soulful Expressions isn’t therapy or a specialist support service. What I can offer is a welcoming creative space, thoughtful experiences and support for people and families to participate in ways that work for them.
Come as you are. There’s room for you here.
Creativity is the invitation. Coming back to yourself is the possibility.
