South Arts Collective is a Wellington-based collective of immigrant artists founded by Chilean actor and director Romina Meneses.
We are dedicated to creating socially engaged theatre and community arts experiences. Through documentary theatre, storytelling, and participatory creative processes, the collective amplifies diverse voices and fosters connections across cultures.
South Arts Collective believes that everyone has a story worth telling. Our work brings together artists and community members to create performances that explore identity, migration, belonging, and the shared human experience, building spaces for dialogue, empathy, and cultural exchange.
