South Metro Safety Foundation is a nonprofit community partner of South Metro Fire Rescue dedicated to creating safer communities through education, prevention, and public safety outreach.
The Foundation provides practical, hands-on safety programs for residents of all ages, including CPR/AED training, teen and adult driver safety, babysitting and youth safety classes, child passenger safety, senior safety programs, and other community risk-reduction initiatives.
Working closely with South Metro Fire Rescue and other community partners, the Foundation helps turn identified safety needs into accessible, effective programs that give individuals and families the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond to emergencies and make safer decisions in everyday life.
Our mission is simple: Safer Communities through Empowered Citizens.
