Sport4All is a multi-award-winning program with national recognition, dedicated to enhancing inclusivity in sports by working with and supporting local sporting clubs, schools, and communities to embrace diversity and create opportunities for people with disability. Our purpose is to drive a positive change in grassroots sport across Australia. We partner local councils with their own Inclusion Coach, who then work together to help provide their community sports clubs and schools with the tools needed to build the curiosity, skills and confidence to include people with disability when, where, and how they choose. The program was brought to life through a collaboration between the Australian Government, the Australian Sports Commission, and former Australian of the Year, Dylan Alcott AO’s consultancy, Get Skilled Access. As a Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE), Sport4All’s inclusive sports program sees people with disability and people with lived experience of disability help manage the program and further promote sport inclusion in Australia.
