The SSD Connect Alliance is:
- Banyule City Council, City of Darebin, City of Whittlesea, cohealth, Merri-bek City Council and Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health.
- Operational support is provided by SSD: North Metro, West Metro, Loddon Mallee team.
The Alliance works to make sure CHSP-funded aged care providers have access to ongoing, high-quality training, resources & support.
