Stephanie has been on the Yoga path for many years, and after travelling India and experienced herself a deepening of Yoga as a path to wholeness through retreats (both Yoga and meditation ), and learning from several wonderful masters, she began teaching Yoga and Meditation in 2009, and a year or so later , founded Innersmile Yoga.
She believes in a heart centred and grounded approach to teaching, & completed Yoga Therapy training in order to delve deeper into the truly therapeutic qualities of yoga , and to work individually with people from all walks of life on a 1 on 1 basis.
Teaching regular group classes , she enjoys bringing a focus on alignment and technique , helping to support her students to drop into a deep sense of stillness- whilst also infusing her classes with warmth, joy and a sense of playfulness.
Stephanie is commited to helping her students deepen their yoga practice, to working with the tools of Ayurveda ; utilising specific Yoga Therapy practises , the Chakra System & providing a holistic remedy for many physical, mental, psycho-spiritual and emotional issues.
