Stef has over 400 hours of training and more than three years of teaching experience. She is passionate about her students' growth and creating a space that allows them to feel safely held, and comfortable so that they can use movement and breath to feel deeply into their bodies. Stef’s classes are gentle, yet powerful with strong emphasis on breath, intuitive movement & strength. She take great influence from nature to guide people to flourish in their own organic ways.
