Travel Editor Stephen Scourfield and North Pole traveller Annabelle Brown will bring the experience to life, in an extraordinary room, under the 22m skeleton of a blue whale.
They will focus on both Antarctica and the Arctic.
How to choose a voyage, when to go, what to expect, and how to prepare. And they will share stories from their adventures there.
There will be sparkling wine on arrival, and wines, beers and soft drinks. There will be a full hot canape service before and after the presentations.
