As an experienced facilitator in mental health and wellbeing, suicide prevention and community sport space, I am passionate about nurturing open and honest connections – empowering individuals to navigate and support those experiencing life’s challenges. My courses are all about creating safe and supportive environments for learning.
Beyond my professional work, I embrace a holistic approach to wellbeing – finding joy in nature and being outdoors, spending time with my wife and three young kids and staying active. I love a diverse range of music, playing the guitar and I also have an unashamed obsession with a wide range of sports including football, basketball, cricket and the NFL!
A balanced lifestyle helps bring me a genuine and relatable perspective to my work and I look forward to getting to know each and every one that I cross paths with.
