Success Works Partners is a for purpose, not-for-profit organisation that supports women who have been impacted by the criminal legal system. We unlock the potential of women with a criminal record through our mentoring program, one-to-one support, job readiness workshops and employment matching service. We also work with employers to help them address structural issues that create barriers to women finding employment. Through this model, we provide opportunities for women with a criminal record to access sustainable employment and transform their lives.
