The Suicide Prevention Council (the Council) is responsible for preparing and maintaining the South Australian Suicide Prevention Plan and making recommendations on policies and programs intended to reduce suicide and enhance postvention responses. The Council advises and reports to the Minister for Health and Wellbeing.
