Summit Health provides Practice and service support, primarily to General Practice in the Adelaide Hills in order to improve health outcomes in the region.
Working closely with Hospitals and Community Health Centres, Summit Health focuses on providing a way forward that benefits the community.
Summit Health services include:
- Networking and training opportunities for members, Multidisciplinary continuing professional development for GPs and Practice Staff,
- Health promotion resources and liaison,
- Support and advocacy for local General Practices,
- Mental Health services with no out-of-pocket expense.
