She knows once they do this they can feel calm and enjoy being in their own body and mind again. By sharing simple, effective, proven techniques to quickly clear and uplift your energy, open up your body, and soothe your mind you can feel a deep sense of relaxation, rest and peace within.
Suzie has been teaching Dru, Restorative and Yin yoga for 20 years, and running yoga retreats and various groups and courses to help people connect to their true essence.
She loves creating women's circles to enable women to really feel safe to relax and open up to new friendships, ideas and opportunities to share and connect at a deeper level. With a background as a registered nurse, coach, healing therapist, yoga and mindfulness teacher she ensures you're able to feel safe, and move safely.
