SVI: Alberta brings together social entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and purpose-driven changemakers from across Alberta and beyond who are actively leading organizations and creating positive change in their communities.
Participants come from a diversity of backgrounds and approaches — from social enterprises and nonprofits to cooperatives and community-led initiatives. What brings us together is a shared commitment to creating impact beyond profit, a curiosity about different ways of doing things, and a willingness to learn from and alongside one another.
We also welcome a select number of people whose work intersects with and enriches the social venture community, including artists, ecosystem builders, and others bringing valuable perspectives and experiences to the conversation.
