Tania Alexander is a bubbly, easy-going yoga teacher based in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
With over a decade of practice and 1300+ hours of teaching experience, Tania interweaves music, mindfulness, breath control and movement into all her sessions. Her students attest to the physical and psychological health benefits they have gained through Tania’s approach to yoga.
By blending relatable Aussie language and mannerisms with traditional yogic wisdom, and with a passion for mental health management and a neuro-affirming approach, Tania empowers her students to breathe • move • soothe their way to feeling better.
Tania teaches accessible in-person group classes and workshops for all abilities.
