Hi I am Tara, I created and co-lead a Red Tent gathering for woman in the Far North before moving back down to Palmy in 2020. Now the world has somewhat settled down again, I am continuing my steps in working with woman and mummas. My introduction to motherhood was a bumpy one, with two prem babies and all that entails. Gathering with other mummas helped me enormously to not feel so alone. It also helped me come back home to myself as Tara, and not just mum. We do so much alone in our society, and after a rough few years, it's time to connect again!
I am a trained EFT/Tapping practitioner, an Early Years teacher and trauma informed facilitator. I am passionate about nervous system support for emotional regulation.
