Established in 1989, the Taupō School of Music offers quality small group music lessons that are affordable and accessible to primary and intermediate-aged children living in the Taupō district. The Taupō School of Music is a great option for children to start learning about music with tutors who inspire students to play their best. Instrumental tuition is offered in small groups of up to six pupils with a range of instruments to suit all ages and abilities. In addition to weekly lessons, we have free to join ensembles including the Keynotes Choir and the Youth Wind Band.
