Aotearoa New Zealand’s second oldest standing building preserves missionary, farming and architectural history, as well as stories of important early encounters between Māori and Europeans. The Mission House was once part of a busy village, complete with two mills, four schools, a hospital, blacksmiths and printery. It has so many stories to tell.
