Tending The Spark is a Covid-cautious community dedicated to supporting individual and collective healing. Through engaging workshops, song, and grief circles we practice coming home to our bodies and planting seeds for a future in which we are all safe and loved.
We practice releasing stress and tension from our bodies, and inviting aliveness by noticing, embodying, and acting on the wisdom of our inner authority.
We practice active consent, curiosity, appreciation awe and reverence for life, resourcing, and learning from each other's diverse experiences and stories.
We invite the gifts we all carry — resilience, insight, creativity, perspective, the wisdom of survival, and our cultural and ancestral lineages. We practice seeing, honoring, and nurturing each other's gifts, along with feeling how community lightens the load of the burdens we carry. Our work invites both sorrow and strength into the room, knowing that healing happens when all of who we are is welcomed.
Community circle work has always been known by many as an essential part of mending what has been fractured — within ourselves, our relationships, and the world. In circles we can connect, make meaning, and feel into the birthright of our belonging. You are welcomed, just as you are.
