Teton Valley Skijoring is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating the rich winter-sport traditions of the West through one of the region’s most exciting and inclusive winter events: The Teton Valley Skijoring Grand Showdown.
We bring together local riders, skiers, families, and skijor legends for a high-adrenaline weekend where horses, speed, and community collide. Our goal is to produce a safe, professionally organized, and wildly fun winter competition that showcases the spirit of Teton Valley while giving back to the community through local partnerships, volunteer engagement, and economic impact.
Each year, thousands of spectators gather to cheer on competitors of all ages, explore local craft vendors, enjoy great food and drinks, and experience a truly unique Western mountain-town tradition.
