In form of Qigong workshops she shares movement meditation and a practice of embodiment. Guiding participants through ancient and science based, self-regulating somatic balancing techniques, vibrational rituals to live better in our bodies and experience life in more harmony.

Having dabbled, researched and studied for her personal journey through life, mostly yoga then meditation; Thalia recently side-stepped to Qigong.
