The 03 Leadership Collective (T03) is a youth-led feminist organisation based in Ōtautahi, focused on advancing the leadership and civic participation of young women across the South Island through targeted programmes, advocacy projects, and collaborative community initiatives.
Our mission is to inspire, empower and enable young women in the South Island to lead through civic engagment, leadership development and community action.
