The Art of Cyclical Living provides various in-person experiences, including 3-hour immersions and peaceful weekend retreats. Our goal is to create a supportive environment for self-discovery and nervous system regulation. We offer a variety of practices such as yin yoga, qi gong, meditation, pranayama, mantra, and sound healing. Additionally, for those seeking a more intimate setting, we will soon host tea ceremonies and women’s circles exclusively for women.
