The Awake Movement is a embodiment and dance studio that allows a safe space for all to express, release, and embody freedom. It opens up self-awareness, empowerment, and love for not only your mind, body, and soul, but how you integrate these practices into your daily lives with your families, partners, etc. The home studio is in Nambour, other classes in Verrierdale, Noosa, and events on the Sunshine Coast for all to MOVE AND FEEL in their body!
