The ENM DNM is a queer-run podcast and community exploring the realities of ethical non-monogamy (ENM) through honest, deep and meaningful conversations.
The podcast began as a round-table series where people shared their own journeys into ENM — the excitement, the struggles, the mistakes, and the lessons learned along the way. As the show evolves, newer episodes feature one-to-one conversations exploring the many themes that show up in non-monogamous lives: communication, identity, relationships, dating, community, and how ENM interacts with the wider (often mononormative) world.
Alongside the podcast, we run in-person events that bring the community together in real life.
Events may include:
live podcast recordings
community socials
discussion events and panels
fundraisers supporting queer mental health
special collaborations with people and organisations working in the ENM space
These events are designed to create welcoming spaces where people can meet others, share experiences, and build community around ethical non-monogamy.
Whether you’re curious about ENM, newly exploring it, or have been practising it for years, our events aim to hold space for the messy, joyful, complicated realities of loving more than one person.
The ENM DNM is community-focused and proudly queer-led. Any profits from podcast activities and events go towards supporting free or subsidised therapy for people in the queer community.
If you’re part of the ENM community — or simply interested in learning more — you’re warmly invited to join us.
