The Founders Union (TFU) is an AI-enabled digital community that provides Australia’s 130k technology startup founders with a curated source of education, community, and valuable partners ambition, inclusion, and growth from idea to exit. Launched by Scalare Partners (ASX:SCP), TFU’s AI platform matches founders with curated resources, content, perks, and partners, tailored to their growth stage, regardless of geography. Its goal is to address systemic gaps in Australia's innovation ecosystem including fragmented founder support, diversity inequity, and inefficient corporate-startup engagement.
Every dollar of profit earned through TFU is reinvested into the ecosystem through further startup investments made by Scalare, strengthening Australia's innovation capacity and ensuring founder-led growth remains inclusive and sustainable.
